That was Juliana’s problem. haha and yup, she paid RM300 to get the “natural perm hair” hehe instead she got the “lion-king” look. hahah ah well, where do you think is the best perm-hair-good-lookin? huh? Tell me where and I can tell her or my other frens who are in-love with “curly-murly” hair. 
perming hair is like curling hair? no?
